The hotel has a great location, just around the corner from the Zoologischer Garten station and close to lots of shops, making it perfect for exploring Berlin. The rooms are big and clean, but they really need a renovation, especially the carpets in the corridors. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The breakfast was decent, but getting there early is key to enjoying the full selection.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which offers a great location right next to the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church and close to transport links. The rooms are clean and I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to assist me. On the downside, the dining options required going to another hotel, and it was pretty hot even in October, which was a bit uncomfortable.
